Faced with a sudden router failure and the inability for anyone in our household to be connected, I called Craig Vogel at myComputerGuy to see if he could help. He responded immediately and worked to help me over the phone to troubleshoot my existing set-up (which he had not installed). When it became clear that I likely had a hardware failure, I asked him if he could install a new system.
