Hired MPE to make master for broadcast of national TV show on Fox. The network rejected the masters and the staff of MPE did no quality control. The master had no captions. After multiple attempts and rejections by the network, we had to hire another company to make the master. We almost missed our deadline due to the incompetence of the staff of MPE and would have lost a substantial amount of money had we not changed providers. MPE still charged our credit card for $700 for work that was unusable, total rip off by MPE. Avoid this company. I would not recommend you use the technical staff as there is no management or quality control and you may end up losing money like we did by selecting this company.
