Large well organized electronics superstore with emphasis on computers and digital technology. Helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. Very good repair technicians on duty and available live tech support service.

Sadly they do not sell functional gear. Purchased a PC from them and it turned out it was made with defective RAM and a defective CPU. Took it back to have them replaced. The new RAM was also defective. Took it back AGAIN and they bricked the entire computer. No phone number to call for help. "Technicians" that couldn't care less or know what they are doing. Avoid this store and go elsewhere.

Today we had an amazing experience at Micro Center thanks to Muhammad! He took the time to really listen to what we needed and helped us pick out the perfect PC. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. On top of that, he’s just a great guy — friendly, genuine, and clearly passionate about helping customers. Honestly I'm shocked as a store in New York that the employees actually care and are polite, I had a positive experience going to this location and I am definitely going to shop again from micro center. Overall they had a lot of variety of different items and everything I needed to build a computer was right at the store the associates were so helpful to help me build this and they were going out of their way to help me out.....

Normally don't write reviews but I'm sitting in the car at Micro Center and wanted to let everyone know that this place rocks!! Don't know where they find employees that actually want to help customers out! Rare these days these guys literally went out of their way to make sure I was getting the the best price out there and helped me with whatever I needed to find!! THEY Even WALKED ME TO THE PRODUCT didn't just point a finger and say “somewhere down aisle 7” 😂…Greeted with a smile and happy faces… ESPECIALLY TYLER, CHRIS AND LOREN(the manager)… thank you all for making this a great experience!!! OH AND MR.MERSHAD (ceo) you gotta give these guys a promotion or something! They're doing a fabulous job here…. Kind of like the one you got yourself 😉
