I love Michael's. We went specifically for ribbon to make leis for graduation day. This place has it all. Im always tempted to start another craft project every time I walk in because I see something cool.

It looks nice in here however I had found a handful of EXPIRED items. I brought them to the front and the cashier guy with the glasses put them right back on the shelf after I left. He said he was going to let his manager know. One you can’t sell expired items so why did he just put them back and two they are expired atleast throw them away or give them away I don’t understand todays generation of workers..

I needed to just stretch two oil paintings. And it is 50 dollars each. Reasonable price but they said it’s gonna take two weeks to just put up some nails and stuff. If I want it done in one week, I have to pay extra 90 dollars for each painting. This expedite procedure asked too much money so I just stick to the two weeks plan. But then I showed up at that pick up date on my receipt. They tell me I need to wait almost another week because of the short of staff issues… it has nothing to do with me. Despite how insane just to put up some snugs taken them two weeks, now I have to wait for another week? This is unacceptable. I should have chosen some local frame shops to do the job. Because Michael’s is a large chain store so I thought they would at least have some credibility. Clearly not
