I am giving 5 stars to the wonderful lady named Raquel who went above and beyond to help me with my yarn purchase today. Even though the store was busy, she stopped and helped me with getting yarn down from top shelf, and again at the register. Kudos to Raquel for her amazing customer service.
My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this shop thanks to Veronica! She went above and beyond to help us find and install balloons for my friends’ gender reveal party, offering brilliant ideas, thoughtful recommendations and answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Veronica’s friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made the shopping experience so enjoyable. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. Highly recommend this shop!
Such large selection for any craft you can imagine. I got supplies to create a dorm room sign and was able to find plenty. Store is clean and very well organized so things are also relatively easy to find.
They have a wide variety of stationery, home decor and craft items with great discounts. They also have a UPS pickup and a drop off point here. The staff are always kind and friendly. One of my favorite places to shop.
