Lifesaver! The 40th birthday balloons I ordered from Amazon popped in the heat (Amazon has such cheap crap), so I ran here on got real birthday balloons which they inflated with helium for me free of charge. And happy to say it saved the day. Thanks Michaels!
Hello, good location and busy traffic but strangely this location felt a little off this time. The store was somewhat either low on merchandise but felt a little empty. And usually I am greeted by staff upon entering the store but limited staff today and hard to find anyone except at the front counters. Regardless found what items to buy so visit was a success.
Super friendly staff and well laid out floor plan makes it easy to shop. Edited to add an update on 4/18/2025 - priced were marked up higher by a few dollars for many items due to tariffs changes when we visited today. Staff still friendly and helpful.
It's been a while since I've been inside a Michaels. I actually brought something to return. Turns out Michael's HQ hasn't figured out how to link their online store with their brick n mortar store! Anyways, the manager there was so super patient to help resolve the problem. I felt like she went out of her way to solve the problem for me and took the care and time to help me out. I think her name was Maria. Thank you so much!
