Unfortunately, my experience with this management company was very disappointing. I had ongoing issues with the project manager and housing associate, as well as some of the staff responsible for showings. On multiple occasions, I scheduled appointments to view apartments, only to be met with no response when I followed up. The person conducting the showings was consistently late and showed little regard for my time. Overall, I expected a more professional and respectful experience, and I truly wish it had been better.
