I don't know how long I have worked with the Mendoza agency. Clara, the owner, has had exceptional employees working for her throughout the years in her establishment, but they've left. The last woman standing that I am familiar with is Kat. I called the office yesterday because I was adding a car to my policy. Yahel V answered the phone and told Kat I was calling, but Kat was busy. So Yahel, a new employee whom I have yet to have the pleasure of meeting, helped me. What I thought would have been an easy add-on became a bit complex. Yahel was so patient, understanding, and helpful. The office closes at 5:30 p.m., but Yahel stayed with me on the phone until 5:26 p.m. to make sure the dealership didn't have any other questions. Thank you, Yahel, for your help.
