I have been with this company for years. Up until the last few months my payments were always on time and often I paid more than the amount owed. Then the one time I have a job change and I am given a different hire date from my new employer and end up being delayed on being hired and I can't make my RV payment until 10 days after the due date I get rude phone calls. The customer service was not ever great at Marine One other than the occasional nice person, but the service has just plummeted over this last year. I called in ahead of my due date to let the company know I planned on paying my bill and explained I received a delayed new hire date for a new job. No compassion or understanding and obviously the person who said they would note my file possibly did not.
