If there had been an opportunity to give her zero stars out of five I would’ve. Her ability to handle my mom‘s taxes are completely horrible. When she filed them she didn’t do the due diligence to tell us that we need to fill out form 8962 and verification of her health insurance. That is something we had to call the IRS about and get that information ourselves. It’s been almost 5 months maybe four since we filled out our taxes and still no tax return. Just horrible horrible service DO NOT GO DO YOUR TAXES HERE!!
