TSA PreCheck Traumatized is my experience here that lady actually the two ladies were UNPROFESSIONAL, INHUMANE, IMPATIENT to this individual with disabilities. This is the FIRST AND DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME DOING BUSINESS! I tried to explain my disabilities and they the two females who were there when I am the first customer. Traumatized I definitely will NEVER DEAL WITH THIS JUDGMENTAL BUSINESS COMPASSION GOES A LONG WAY I PRAY THEIR SOULS FIND PEACE AND UNDERSTANDING. I spoke to TSA before they made the appointment and answered their questions over the phone only to have the 3rd degree where my character is being checked and judged. I was trying not to have Gran Mal seizures at all and I came close dizziness, and my aura blue and white dots and taste of iodine meaning blood taste in my mouth. Luckily I made it home safely. When they saw how shaky I was that even using my finger to press the screen it will not highlight. So in future when you encounter someone who is strange to you that doesn’t mean they have mental problems I found her tone of voice to be condescending. I have brain damage and I don’t follow instructions easily. This is my first and definitely last time doing business here and lessons learned from my traumatized experiences. God Bless and I pray they think about what occurred and make aware don’t be judgmental.

Surprised I was charged a convenience fee for Amazon/UPS drop-off. Package was sealed and labeled, needed nothing. Got charged. Rep didn’t mention the fee when I called earlier in the day to ensure they were legit. Transparency is always good.

I went here for my TSA Pre-Check enrollment appointment, and they were so lovely and efficient! The staff explained the process so clearly. From the time I walked it the door, it only took four minutes to complete my check-in, do the Pre-Check interview, and scan my fingerprints. Highly recommend using this location for your TSA Pre-Check appointment!
