I was considering Ladder.io services, so their website’s “contact us” process made me book an intro meeting with them. I joined the Zoom call, waited for them during complete booked slot, tried to ping via emails from the event, and ask if everything is OK. No one ever appeared, replied to the email or tried to get in touch otherwise. Guys, if you don’t accept new business at the time it’s totally understandable, but making people waste their time with your abandoned automated sales funnel isn’t professional. Don’t want to ruin your rating here, so 4 stars even though we didn’t have the chance to get in touch. All the best!
