The app itself is incredible and, in my opinion, essential if you're working in the construction business from GC to home service businesses. Not sure how we got along without it. Features and ease of use are top of my list when it comes to working with JobTread. In fact, coming from just a QuickBooks project environment, JobTread actually showed us a better way to structure our business and make the workflow and tracking easier and more effective. I can't say enough about the customer service, it's been great having a dedicated person to help since they get familiar with your business and potential bottlenecks and are able to really work through solutions. But I've also contacted the general help desk and they are quick, responsive and knowledgeable about every aspect of the app. Additionally, there are so many extremely helpful videos, webinars, links to articles, etc that fully explain all aspects of the app. For myself when comparing different platforms, I knew almost everything about the app before signing up! And, JobTread never stops adding value and features that can be very helpful to businesses across the board. Lastly, as bookkeeper for the company, I find the organization and linking to Quickbook very easy to manage and sync. The app does all of the things I hoped Quickbooks would do in terms of reporting for projects, but without signing up for the premium service in QBO, JobTread ticks all the right boxes to keep track of our customers, project details and reporting. Five stars and more if I could! 👍
