I very disappointed with the service this year.. no one is picking up the office phone, I have tried on multiple days and it is VERY DIFFICULT for this office to actually respond via phone... I have been a customer for 10+ years and when the owner was there in the office this was not the culture. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Not impressed--after making my appointment, I tried half a dozen times to ask a few simple procedural questions without ever getting a response to an email or phone call. Once I cleared that up, I dropped off my documents and confirmed my phone appointment twice, only to have it canceled two hours ahead of time and informed that my only options were to schedule with a different accountant weeks from now or walk in and take my chances.
