  I wouldn’t know about the actual services because I was told it would be $400 to prepare my taxes and $500 to actually file them. Seems odd and excessive to charge an additional fee for filing. Generally, tax prep and filing is included together. This seems like a scam to charge $900. It was an immediate no for me. I know working with a CPA is more expensive than filing through a general tax service but $900 seems asinine.
