Michelle Boggs was PHENOMENAL. She responds almost instantly to all inquiries in a patient, thorough, professional manner. She helped me find the ideal plan for my Mother-In-Law, and when they were no longer needed, also helped walk me through the process of canceling those plans. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Boggs!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. They included a bunch of unwanted insurance policies without even mentioning them. When the premiums started appearing on my account to 3 lenders other than the primary and dental/vision insurance providers, I found over $300/month in policies never requested or discussed. Then they were antagonistic when I called to see what they were and have them cancelled. Beware!
