InnerPC went above and beyond to help me. I called the on a Sunday afternoon and didn't even leave a message, thinking to email them, and Dan returned my call! And said they had a missed call from me. Dan walked me through step by step to help access my remote desktop, and it went perfectly. Also other times I have spoken to InnerPC, it was also a great experience. Thank you so much for all your help!
