Don’t go here. I didn’t receive my tax refund from the state. I called this H&R Block and never heard back from them. I had to contact the state myself. I received a letter from the state stating that I didn’t get my refund because my taxes were done incorrectly. I made an appointment to go back to get my taxes corrected and they wanted me to redo my taxes myself and send it in myself. I set up an appointment far away from this place and the first thing the tax consultant said was, “yeah, they messed up your taxes.” I got my redo taxes done in Salem and they were great! They fixed my taxes and I mailed it in. Why couldn’t the H&R Block in Lake Oswego do this?

My tax associate Kaye was wonderful. She was so friendly and made the whole process super relaxing. This is my 3rd year filing with HR block and I feel like I have found my favorite tax associate. I even showed up early to the appointment and she was able to fit me in early. I definitely would love to have Kaye do my taxes again next year.

Had a wonderful experience filing a tax amendment at this location. Jeanie S. was incredibly helpful, kind, and prompt in helping me address my needs. This will be the HR Block location I return to and recommend to friends and new customers.

Walking in with our two little ones, the staff immediately ensured our comfort, offering a cozy waiting area equipped with WiFi for our children. Our interaction with Jeanie, a Senior Tax Analyst, was simply outstanding. Her deep knowledge in tax matters combined with her genuine warmth and patience made the process incredibly smooth. For years, taxes have seemed like a complex puzzle, but Jeanie provided answers with such clarity and engagement, leaving us with newfound understanding. More than that, she identified ways to save us money - a welcomed bonus! This was more than just a tax consultation; it was an enlightening experience, all thanks to Jeanie’s exceptional service. Cannot recommend highly enough!
