Layal greeted us with such a friendly smile and made my trade-in experience so smooth. It’s true what we read with Herzog-Meier Mazda having experienced staff and less pushy approach with their sales. Layal was personable and made us feel comfortable while listening to meet our needs throughout the entire buying process. Truly a better experience than what I’ve encountered at other dealerships-I appreciate all her work and time. They’re lucky to have such a wonderful member on their team!

Great Experience! Layal, Justin & Thomas were very Knowledgeable, TRANSPARENT(rare in a car dealer) Friendly and very easy to work with. No bad vibes from ANYONE at this dealership, you get a good sense of family and honesty here! I would recommend to anyone looking for a car to head there.

We had the pleasure of working with Andrew (Andy) who sold us a used 2011 Subaru Outback and it was one of best car purchasing transactions we have experienced. We live in Southern Oregon and made this purchase from a distance. Andy even drove the car to a third party mechanic of our choosing for us since we couldn’t physically be there to do so. Finally, at the whim of the airlines to pick up the car, after our initial flight was canceled, Andy went out of his way to be there on his day off to close on the vehicle with us. Andy went above and beyond. The car is beyond our expectations and it is clear that Herzog Meier Mazda sells quality used vehicles. We are pleased with our experience and will be back when we need to purchase our next car.
