Do not use this service. We hired Hello Tech to install a ring flood light camera. Shortly afterward, following rain, the camera was water damaged, making it necessary to replace the camera. We hired a technician through another service to install the replaced camera and learned that the camera installed by Hello Tech was water damaged because the Hello Tech technician had opened the top of the camera breaking the seal and causing the camera to become water damaged. We also learned that the Hello Tech technician had mounted the camera using tape instead of screws causing further water damage, and hadn't even taken the film off the lense of the camera. When we reached out to Hello Tech for a refund, we were told that the work was "out of warranty" because it was reported at 4 months. Again, do not use this company's services.
