I live at one of the properties managed by Guardian (on Broadway in Astoria) and the Super that covers my building (Billy Martin) is absolutely fantastic. Since I moved in about a year and a half ago, I have inundated Billy with questions and he has gone above and beyond in his responsiveness, professionalism, and he will always lend a helping hand when needed. I have been renting for the past 10 years or so between Boston and NYC, and I have never had a Super that has been as attentive, responsive, and helpful as Billy. Huge shoutout to Billy for all of his hard work and dedication, and shoutout to Guardian for hiring and retaining top talent.
