Believe the reviews, this agency will give you a hard time to get your own money you work for. Every week it’s a problem with your check. Sick days forget about it, they will not pay out. When you call to speak to someone about what’s going on; It’s like a circus, no one knows nothing. They don’t advocate for you either, so you on your own. There is better agency’s out there.

Worked for Gotham Staffing company and they pulled me from an assignment because I was inquiring about getting permanently hired. Was a battle to get my paycheck and they didn't want to pay for a day of sick time. Stay away from them at all costs.

This agency only care about money. your well being is at the bottom of their priority list or maybe not at all! They only interested in getting ur schedule on time so they can organize their budget, u can’t complain about any difficulties ur encountering at the workplace because they care zero and will never address it. They fight u on paying sick days and will threaten to remove u from schedule if u try too hard to get ur sick days. Your job is not secured and they will not try to reassign u if you’re bullied n fired unjustly. They don’t even care to reach out to u bcuz ur no longer of use to them so they leave u hanging. The woman in payroll has no manners, she hangs up on u if u question about ur paycheck. These people don’t care about workers so don’t have them as first priority, they should only be a back up plan but not ur main employer because they fight u on what’s rightfully urs n don’t have ur best interest. Better yet just avoid signing up with them if possible bcuz they’re just outright users! I would not recommend them n please don’t let them send you to Bronx Care hospital bcuz that place is filled with mismanagement, lack of care for patients n biased treatment to agency staffs.

Very POOR service and POOR staff training!!! Supervisors need to do something to improve!! Staff gave different answers to my questions and redirected me to different people each time. Representatives said they will get back to me but no one gets back to me yet after more than one week. They don't know the answers about the services they are providing. Asked the representative if she has an email and she said they are not allowed to use emails. Unbelievable!!!
