If I could give no stars, I would. There was absolutely no follow-up, no courtesy in acknowledging my resume, no answers to my questions, and no effort to be helpful at all. I don’t understand it. This is the most unprofessional staffing agency I have ever dealt with. Don’t expect much from them — they are clearly not in the business of actually filling jobs.
In 2008, I was found Robin and the exceptional team at Gainor, who placed me in a job that I held for 4.5 years until the company was sold. I reconnected with them in 2014 and they helped me secure a position where I remained for 8.5 years. Recently, when it was time for me to seek new opportunities, I contacted Robin and once again, Gainor found me an excellent job. Throughout each experience, I worked with a group of professionals who genuinely cared about my best interests. They encouraged me to keep an open mind, but never pressured me. Robin was always transparent and a strong advocate for me. I affectionately refer to Robin as my Fairy Job Mother because of how amazing she is. If you bring your A game, I promise you Gainor will bring their A game too.
