👍 This is a staffing agency with a presence in many major cities, across multiple states. 👎 Upon initial contact, the recruiter did not furnish a detailed job description. In order to efficiently assess the relevance of a job opening the following information is needed, at minimum: job title, location, posted salary, and a comprehensive description of the work as described by the client/employer. 👎 The recruiter contacted me about a position when the deadline for resume submission was near. I cannot (and will not) accommodate last-minute requests due to someone else's poor time management. It is very unprofessional and an indicator of how the rest of the agency works. 👍 The recruiter who contacted me seemed to have good communication skills during all points of contact.
