We had Frederick H. DiMeo Insurance Agency as our rep for insurance for several years, and I'm not sure why we stuck with them for as long as we did. I don't know what this company does that you can't do on your own when it comes to setting up a policy or navigating the bureaucracy of a claim. When our roof was damaged by high winds a few years ago, I reached out to the agency for some assistance. No one within the company called me back. We had some trouble with our insurance as of recent and the agency never offered us help or guidance when we reached out. I'm not sure what this company does to help its clients. We ended up calling AAA and USAA ourselves, got plenty of help through their customer service agents, and set up a home policy with AAA.
