I paid for the green screen photo to be edited to order the collage I wanted. No one explained that doing this would delete the image I wanted. Instead of acknowledging I already paid for an edit, Flash Photography wanted me to pay for an additional edit. Unacceptable. The pictures are already overpriced for the same pose in different green screen backgrounds. To charge additional fees for a click of a button is completely ridiculous. Do not use this company.
This company is absolutely garbage. They rush you through and dont even check that their pictures are OK. They sent me my photo with my eyes closed 🤣😂 what a joke. Graduation photos with eyes closed. Maybe let the person know when you're taking the picture. Really good photographers. Sure I'll pay 65$ per photo for that. I took better photos myself.
