Horrible security. I went in looking for a studio and the lady was rude and aggressive. She chased me out of the building and around the corner. I told her many times to stop following me. I was told to find out her company to make a complaint. I went in asking her for the name and asked her not to come through the door. SHE opened the door and got close to me yelling about doing her job. Turns out I wasn't the only person to complain about her because the other security company knew who I was talking about.

Terrible... terrible security guards. Under trained and no empathy... I understand they deal with a lot of bs... at the end of the day we are human... we have to do better people... wait until they need the help cause you can lisr your little job in one minute... deadass

Poor management. Work like a slave for peanuts. Absolutely horrible . Only Arrow security can be worst.

How you have a security guard on the floor popping seeds while workers are working is crazy. No type of professionalism whatsoever. A memo needs to be sent out on how to conduct yourself in a office setting

This security guard, who is dark skinned and African with an Hijab and glasses is the laziest worker at 1930 Webster avenue in the bronx at Webster Family. She doesn't do any work whatsoever. She is always eating, on break or on the phone. Her and S/S Miss Hasan, and another security guard lied and said I assaulted her. I hope all 3 of y’all catch hell on earth. Don't worry god got the last word. Mark my words. Karma and all coming.
