I was surprised with a $50 service charge for driving to my home to pick-up my old extinguishers and to buy my new extinguishers (no public walk-in purchase option confirmed by their office). Be aware of the service charge on top of the price to purchase the extinguisher (not listed on their website or when I called for options).
