Switched AMS's to EZ LYNX late last year. It's been a massive undertaking to merge data. If you're considering switching, make sure that you set aside many many hours to get setup. Maybe a scratch agency wouldn't have any issues since everything is new. Sales rep did not clearly answer questions I had presale and misled on features. Support is basically just find the answer in our library of info. The rater is decent but the management of policies is actually worse than what we had before.
