Called in February 2022 to schedule an appt to do the taxes for my deceased parent's trust. They said they were unable to help until after May 2022. I stumbled through filing an extension and scheduled an appt for today. Fast forward several months to today. I get a call today less than two hours before my 11am appt from Ms. Bateman who says she didn't realize she had an appt with me today and that she was going to have to cancel the appt and she wouldn't be able to help me. She also said no one else at their firm could help me. I took time off of work for the appt. Very disappointed. This is not how you treat people.
