Update, Since my original review below, EFG has agreed to reimburse me an additional amount. It does still leave a balance above my $100.00 deductible. The reason as explained is that Rockwall Dodge is just not wanting to honor their agreement with EFG and honor Nationally recognized labor to replace the part. I will be leaving Rockwall Dodge a review also. Original Review Purchased a MAP 4 star contract through Klement Dodge in Decatur TX. 1st time I had to use the contract was a problem. Dodge Dealer I used for service does not agree with the labor rates EFG pays. The $100 deductible turned into about $250 to make up the difference in labor rates. Don't buy this contract unless you plan to only take it to the dealer who sold you the contract. The sales and finance people at Klement knew I lived 2 hours away and would not return to them for service. Should you breakdown out of town, you are at the mercy of the dealer, don't expect help from EFG/MAP 4 Star.
