As a new member of the Educate team I can confidently say that the interview process was necessary and informative. I was able to interview and meet with seven members of the team, including both CEOs to learn as much about the company as possible and to ensure it would be a mutually good fit for both parties. The final step of the interview process was a full day shadowing experience that ran through a typical work day for an instructional coach. This experience was invaluable, as I was able to really garnish a feel for a typical day as an ITC. Each and every member of Educate that I have encountered has demonstrated an excitement about their role within the company. It seems as if the team members are asked to work to their strengths, while also being given opportunity to grow and develop within the company. I truly support what it is Educate LLC is trying to accomplish. Making the usage of technology accessible and more productive for each student, and working hand-in-hand with educators to ensure they are as comfortable as possible using these resources.
