RHIANNE, is the best. She helped me get insurance for a home I have in California that my daughter is renting from me. My previous agent was not handling the carrier anymore and never called me to get me new insurance. Rhianne helped me with great service and care. She shopped for me and got me set up all in one day. I have used this agency for several years for all of my insurance related matters (homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake). I appreciate the fact that they are local and very responsive. Most recently, I worked with Suzanne Flores to resolve several issues related to my home, auto, and personal policies which required a fair amount of follow up to fully resolve. Suzanne was hugely helpful and made sure that each items was fully taken care of, including following up with me to confirm everything was taken care of.
