They’re willing to give you extra assistance, and not try to just squeeze extra money out of you like other companies I’ve worked with. Desert IT is always on top of it for me. Today, I sent in a ticket and Justin responded. He is so detailed. Not only do I know the resolution, he detailed the cause so in the future, we better know how to communicate with them so expedite resolutions.
