I spent most of the day today trying to register two appliances and everyone I spoke with got all of my information wrong, but on the third try I was lucky enough to get through with Lily Brown, a delightful representative. She took care of the mistakes made in my registering appliances, allowed me time to make sure I was comfortable with the changes she had made, and was VERY helpful and courteous.
