I was pretty disappointed with Custom. The initial appointment was pretty good, but subsequent appointments were both very expensive ($229 per session out of pocket) and very rushed (scheduled for 30 minutes but would consistently start 5-10 minutes late and end on time), and my therapist clearly had too many patients to see because he would always forget what my specific issue was that he was treating. One time he even started working on the wrong knee until I pointed that out. After about two months, I got a voicemail message saying that my therapist had left Custom and I could call them if I wanted to make an appointment with a different therapist. I didn't and found much better care elsewhere.
