Folks, I urge you to look elsewhere for a credit option. This card is not worth the headache and loss of money. I had them no issues for 1 year. I moved to a different state and lost my card. Had a new card mailed to me. Supposedly activated said card, was never able to use it due to my account being blocked. They do not tell you on the app or call you or mail you to let you know until you call them and ask about it. They pull every stop out of the book to continue to grab monthly fees and interest from their customers. I requested it be unlocked, the lady on the phone said it can only be unlocked via mail in with a copy of my idea, account number, and the reason for unlocking. Or to fax, the same info. She said I'd receive the fax number and address in the mail. I had to ask her for it and she was like "oh yeah here you go" instead. Trying to buy more time to steal money from you. The fax number she gave me (and the same exact one I received from the piece of mail from them saying my account was blocked, DAYS LATER) was an invalid fax number. I proceeded to to call them the following week to close my account. I paid off the last $6.09, it told me it went through, I called service, he told me the account was being closed. 2 days later on the 7th I still get a monthly fee, AND a "adjustment-payment" charge for my $6.09 I paid off LABELED FOR THE 5TH but only popped up on the 7th (which on the 5th it said "PAYMENT RECIEVED THANK YOU" in green as if i paid it like i did) and a random $0.18 also saying the 5th that popped up on the 7th. IN ADDITION, yesterday I recieved another charge for $6.09 for "Returned Check CHG". It's the 15th, I called them up and asked to close it and she says it is already closed and will be closed when my $15.36 payment from today, goes through. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!
