We had a mobile phlebotomist, Ramona, at our home who did a blood draw for liquid biopsy. She was very confident, efficient, organized, and knowledgeable, but most of all, she was so kind and caring that she brought tears to our eyes. Her bedside manners were the best one could wish for. She made our day, such a great professional and wonderful person. Thank you Ramona!
Ramona has been doing my blood draws for almost a year. I request her every time Rebecca texts me to set up my monthly appointment. Ramona is VERY knowledgeable and always arranges her schedule to accommodate me. She has been so great to work with and I appreciate Natera having her as a phlebotomist. She treats her patients with kindness and I really can’t say enough good about her! Thank you Ramona for always raising my spirits with your encouraging words and attitude. It is much appreciated! ❤️
Ramona has been drawing my blood for about 8 months now. She is always on time, has never missed an appointment and makes you feel at ease. Better yet, as someone who is a hard stick, she always painlessly finds a vein. I highly recommend her
