USAA transferred it's retirement and investment accounts to Charles Schwab a few years back. I received a few phone calls at that time but did not need any assistance. Currently my wife and I are attempting to roll some retirement accounts into our rollover IRA with Schwab. I was able to get assistance to open the accounts, however 2 of our former employers require forms to be completed by a representative of Schwab. Despite several phone calls and attempts to reach someone at the office, I have not been able to schedule an appointment to get this taken done. I am very sorry USAA ever switched to Schwab, it appears Schwab only cares for those with large investments and does not have any respect for veterans.
