I had a wonderful experience touring Center Pointe Apartments! Yvette was incredibly helpful and made the process so easy. She took the time to show me around the complex, answered all my questions, and was genuinely friendly and professional. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has great amenities. Nice place to live in. Have been here for over a year. Maintenance staff is wonderful and always quick to respond. Chanelle is a wonderful lady at the leasing office. Units have wood fireplaces which is pretty rare and cool. The community is quiet & peaceful and yet we are in close proximity to everything (THPRD Nature Park, Costco, Winco, MAX train, HW 26, car dealerships etc.). There’s no overhead wiring so we haven’t faced any power outages so far. Would 100% recommend this.
