In March 2025 Cascade Property Management took over our previous property management which was EPIC Property Management. We had a 3 day notice. This new management never replies to email or voicemail messages. It's impossible and frustrating to get in touch with them. Summit Park has issues to be dealt with and we are completely ignored. There is no one on site to help us. This complex is associated with Housing Works who recently hired them. They also ignore email and voicemail messages.
