When we were in the market for a Subaru, friends recommended Carr. And we experienced why. James (our sales person) went above and beyond to deliver a 5-star experience. Every month he'll call us to check if everything is all right. And when I was at Carr for my first oil change, he noticed me and offered a cup of coffee and we had a nice chat. Service department is also very friendly and we already ordered some parts from them. We can highly recommend Carr (and specifically James) if you are looking for a Subaru.

I've been bringing my Subarus to Carr for service for over 10 years, and even though I live more than an hour away, I continue to trust their team with any issues that come up. Their communication is always excellent—they keep me informed every step of the way, and their recommendations are trustworthy, which i've in the past been able to verify with second opinions. They never try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciate. It's clear that Carr values great service—not just from how they treat customers, but also in the consistency of their staff. I've seen the same service advisors over the years, and they always go above and beyond to provide honest, high-quality service. The prices are reasonable, and every time I walk into the shop, I feel like they genuinely care about solving our issues timely. Most recently, we had a transmission issue with our 2018 Outback. We went out of our way to have it towed to Carr, and they diagnosed the issue and activated our warranty that same day. Within 7 business days, the transmission was fully replaced and the car is running like a dream again. Huge thanks to the Carr team for taking such great care of us—time and time again!
