Very unprofessional!! I called at 4:27 p.m. to get a quote she said she would call me back with the rates. She took down my name & read back to me my number. I waited an hour for her to call me back, I drove to her location to see that it was closed at 5:35 p.m. I began taking a picture of the listed business hours. She got out her car and asked if she could help me. I explained to her I've been waiting an hour for her to give me a call back !! She never apologized nor explained why she never called me back. I'm so upset I planned on becoming a customer I waited an hour for her !! Ugh!! Oh yeah she closes at 5:30 instead of 6pm as listed online.
