I've been a tenant in a building Capital Property Management has managed for nearly 20 years. I had a recent maintenance issue, and was totally pleased with the prompt, professional communication and response from the maintenance coordinator (Levi) to the maintenance technician (Cameron) who came to assess/repair the shower fixture... very competent, efficient (and friendly!). Thank you, Cameron, also for your kindness, care and patience with my 17 yo pup! As an independent contractor who works with other property management companies (I've never had any contractor/business transactions with Capital Property Management), I've had plenty of frustrating experiences; poor communication, slow/no response, confusing chain/point or person of contact, etc. I think Capital Property Management is still locally and independently owned and operated. Over nearly two decades, I've ALWAYS been able to reach a real person with quick and friendly response. They've always conducted all manners of my tenancy, agreements and maintenance issues in a professional, timely, communicative and courteous manner.
