In the beginning it was OK They responded the call Set up an appointment and arrived in time My refrigerator was broken and they came to the conclusion that it needed to be de frosted before repair. Since it was Saturday, they promised they would call back Monday and arrive to my house the same day. Nobody called Monday. I called back. They responded after a long time. They informed me that they are out of one person and they would not be able to arrive the same day, and, due to my work schedule neither the next day. The person I spoke with was unwilling to compromize in any way in order to deliver the service the day it was promised
