I’ve been calling the office for 3 days straight. NOBODY answers the phone. What are the employees doing there because it’s never their job

Major salute to everyone one in that building they are highly professional and knows how to get straight to the point of handling any situation and the security down stairs very respectful always knowledgeable about how to help anyone in the building.. Paid $100 cab last week to misinterpret information . The position I went for wasn’t even hiring and nobody ever got back to me about any other position I was interested in ! Please stop wasting ppl time and money not everyone is from the Bronx that comes to this place !

Workforce 1 is no actual help. I did 2 pre-interviews there it's horrible. I have 2 females that interviewed me virtually. Gave their email said they would email the information. Never heard from them. I emailed them asking about the job and the information. They never answered me back. What is the sense of telling people you will email the job information but never do. This happen twice (2). That's horrible service. They are just their for show. It's a waste of time

I remember I went to look for a job over there 2018 very clean environment I give them that some of the people were very nice to me The majority of the people seem like they didn't want to be there I wasted my time It seems like they just collect your data and your information for nothing
