Bold Marketing is not worth the investment. If you do plan on using Bold, avoid any kind 6 month or year long contract. Once they lock you in, their work effort diminishes greatly. The first couple months it seemed like my marketing was going in the right direction but then it quickly changed as the turn over in their company is whats holding back their true potential. I went through at least 3 different account managers. Each one had to learn about my business needs all over again. They additionally were supposed to update me on a weekly basis - ad impressions/analytics, ad changes etc. It went from weekly, to biweekly, to not calling me at all. We additionally had problems with their ads syncing to our lead management system. We never got them on time and so when we would call the leads, it was too late (weeks late). We paid almost $1800/month for an average of 10-15 leads per month - waste of money! So when my contract was complete, naturally I wanted to cancel. I gave them more than 30 days notice as per contract. However, they decided to take the $1800 monthly fee and terminate my account intermediately, without my knowing. I called on the 19th of the month wondering why we had not received any leads for the month. My account manager told me oops and said he'd push the marketing spend for the last 10 days. Well... that jumped my cost per lead spend way up! I also didn't have access to my dashboard of leads for any past months. They disconnected my so fast once I said I wanted to cancel, I lost the entire month of April. As displeased as I was, I asked for a refund. They clearly stole money from us... Their response was "the media dollars have already been spent and the team has completed the work". What work? What a joke! Poor customer service.
