I would not recommend. Horrible experience. Getchens prepared my taxes and was extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful. He rolled his eyes repeatedly when asked questions, rushed through the process, refused to respond to my questions and said multiple times “I don’t have all day”. I will never use this location again or work with HR Block. This was very unprofessional and upsetting and I will now be seeking out additional tax help to understand more about how my taxes were prepared. I spent $355 for my taxes to be done and I feel very robbed after the horrible customer service I’ve experienced. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
