In the last 2 months I have called this company 5 times and sent 3 emails to follow up on the work they did on my home, and they have been completely unresponsive. Our experience was horrendous, so I’m posting this (and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau) in the hope that others can avoid this company. We 8k of work done by this company. The fans installed under our house have made no impact, and the 2 French drains also have not worked as water pools when it rains in those areas. Additionally, we have new mold growth under the home as the water issue still exists. Since that time 2 different people from this company came out to our home and each gave us different assessments of what needed to be done moving forward. Due to our concern about the work that was done, we had 4 other companies come to look at our situation. 3 of them said that we were egregiously overcharged for the work that was done, and several asked for the name of this company to warn others.
