I attempted to work with this recruiting agency and recently had a terrible experience. I was transferred to a new recruiter after the one I had connected with (who was wonderful) left for graduate school. On our first scheduled call, she was a no show. We connected and the conversation was maybe 7 minutes at max - there was very little attentiveness to getting to know me or my work history and experience. I outreached her to check in on prospect since I didn't hear anything for weeks and continued to do so. She sent me two job opportunities about two months in to our connection (after another prompt with job listings from BSG that I was interested in), and when I indicated my interest there was no response. I followed up a few days later and she was out of office. I emailed the person who she left to connect with again no response. That was about 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Completely disheartening that even in the recruiter space - there ghosting is occurs.
